Position:Executive/Sr.Executive/AM
Team – RED – Primary/Residential Bookings
Location – ,Sushant Lok Phase-1 Gurgaon
Salary – (Decent Hike) Fixed Salary +Conveyance+SIM will be provided + Lucrative Incentives

No Of Positions –20
Position Brief:

1. The position is mainly responsible for sourcing, buying and selling of New Projects/Soft launches.
2. Direct sales:Leads will be provided by the company,The incumbent is responsible for 60% meeting targets,3 closures against the leads provided per month.
3. The incumbent will be responsible to generate clientele base for Realistic Realtors through strategic planning and sourcing of properties.
4. The incumbent should have a strong understanding of the basic mechanics of each market and good understanding of sales pitching.

Responsibilities –

Key Result Areas (KRA’s)
1. Responsible for closures against leads provided by the company.
2. Will be responsible for giving presentations, good follow up with clients, good quality customer service,enabling site visits(cab facility available for site visits)final negotiation with clients
3. Keeping a pulse on all new developments / new projects and updating one’s self about real estate developments.
4. Complete Transaction management and deal closure from sourcing to registration
5. Responsible for keeping good track of leads stage and updating the same in CRM within the scheduled time frame.
6. Responsible for providing one stop solution for all property requirements for clients and generating references.
7. Should be a street smart,confident ,with good communication skills and have the ability to create positive impact on customers with good sales pitch.
8. NO REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED/SHOULD HAVE OWN CONVEYANCE/RESIDING WITHIN 35 KMS WILL BE ADDED ADVANTAGE[DIRECT SALES WITH B2C PROFILE]
Job Specification & Competencies

1. Graduate / MBA from a reputed institute/
2. Excellent written & communication skills with a strong command over English and working knowledge of the local vernacular.
3. At least 1-5 years of hard core sales experience (channel sales/corporate sales/direct sales/institutional sales).
4. Real Estate experience must though commercial real estate experience preferred.
5. Communication, both orally and written should be excellent, that creates a positive impact, with the ability to influence people through behavioral style to take positive action.
6. Advanced computer skills on MS Office as well as emailing and good typing speed.
7. Excellent Networking skills
