Your responsibility will be to sell recruitment solutions and corporate branding activity on our website. That means generating new business by building strong working relationships and taking individual needs into account. The majority of communication will be phone based but, as relationships develop, then so will the chance to expand the level of customer contact. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain, and pass on to your clients, a wealth of expertise on the online recruitment market.
* Develop good working relationships with key customers, *establishing their online recruitment needs,
* providing appropriate commercial solutions
*Be a central point of contact for key customers for all online recruitment information and bookings.
*Gain and maintain a full understanding of online recruitment,
*Increasing revenues and securing long term bookings.
* Focus on gaining new business by sourcing off and online media for quality leads and making a minimum of 2 new client sales pitches per day
* Build a quality client base by capturing and documenting key information.
* Have a proven track record of working within a target driven environment and achieving these targets consistently
Have good time management
Commercial acumen
*Be able to multi-task and deadline orientated
*Be able to build external and internal relationships
*Be able to acquire an effective working knowledge of all India job bank.com market, competitors and customers
*Have successful sales experience
